What is the mindset "Not United-plan" diet?


Six years ago I began a transition style of life to live and eat a diet "non-diet". Counting calories and using a scale were cutting it for me. I was looking to cultivate a balance in my body and the way you live. I have started to change my health through enjoyment of life's pleasures.

The first task that I took on was to create awareness around my food, from the environment that the food was grown in the atmosphere that you create when I eat my meal. Was revolutionary for me because I had a chance to see first hand the effect of how these important roles have a nourishing effect on my body.Paying attention to a few simple principles, you can help your system absorb high levels of nourishment from everything that you eat. I was and still I'm completely sold because the secret of eating is in your consciousness, the pleasure and the quality of food.

I realize that eating a balanced diet of very pleasant is not simple, easy or quick fix. If we all had an iron will to live this way ideal, there will be no need for nutrition programs or books. together, we will begin to take steps towards the mental part of living and eating well mastery.
