Diets Galore


There are so many diets that is hard to keep up. One day you hear about one that sounds good, and the next day, that another is doing the news, what to do? Which of the many diets is best?

What I do is examined in light of natural hygiene.Very probably be wondering what in the world is natural hygiene? is a philosophy of achieving and maintaining health maximum potential in agreement with the Human Physiology (how we designed).

Our bodies are all unique, as many will tell you. Everyone has the same basic structure, the same organs, the same nervous system, all parties operating in the same way.The only differences are how we reacted to our environment and our appearance. Where one can be strong, another may be weak.Where one can be prone to arthritis, another may have a heart weaker, and another can be prone to cancer.

For example, if you and I eat the same toxic substance, may throw up, I may have diarrhoea. Or if you and I both improve our diets in the same manor, my body can start dumping toxins, in an unpleasant Manor, while your just may feel energized.

As I said above, there are many popular diets and lifestyle plans.Everyone can be evaluated by how well they align to identities of natural hygiene, as follows.

Natural Hygiene: shows us our bodies should be fed primarily by raw plant foods such as fruits and vegetables with some nuts and seeds. Products of animal origin should not be used unless it has everything that you can get. If are used they should be used in proper combinations and in small quantities, under 4 oz per day.Appropriate For the nourishment we need proper Sun, rest, sleep, exercise, creative work, fresh air and pure water.

So what your diet plan say? Those which are most in line with natural hygiene? what are farther than line?

The Hallelujah diet and Genesis 1: 29 diet are more in line with natural hygiene.Both versions Are basically brand of natural hygiene. The Genesis 1: 29 diet is basically the part of the diet of natural hygiene, with slight differences.

Raw food and life food diets are very close. However some of their followers go off on tangents that move away from natural hygiene.

A mid range include the diet of creators and the South Beach Diet. Both include things not recommended by teachers of natural hygiene.Both include food cooked too.Many people who have gotten good natural hygiene and navigate to these diets, have their illnesses return, some are even dead.

SAD (the standard American diet) is a creator of proven illness.Americans are best fed and sikest people around the world. If our health care system was working for us we should be the healthier country worldwide. DIS near the worst diet in the world.

On the end would be the Atkins diet. all diets out there would rank the Atkins Diet more dangerous.Many thousands of people has been damaged or killed by the Atkins Diet permanently. my uncle had my father on the Atkins diet, although I tried to tell him how dangerous was. My father and my uncle died of a heart attack. Shortly after they died, Dr Atkins, died of a heart attack.The Atkins diet can suppress certain diseases, but at what cost? increased risk of cancer and heart attack, are the main issues with this diet.

The Hallelujah diet has a great support system established worldwide, with the Ministers of health in each of the United States and most countries.

Natural Hygiene system is the most ancient in modern times.Its roots started more than 200 years ago it was started by doctors who tired of watching their patients suffer and die in spite of their best efforts.

It has been growing in popularity until the medical approach to health has become more popular in the late 19th century particularly after the civil war in the early 1900s the theory of germs have made it possible for people to blame anything I could not see for their health problems.

Increasingly people are always dissatisfied with the way that the medical mentality is destroying the lives.They are seeing flaws in the system.With the information age people are now able to learn the truth that the disease is a product of what we do and eat. I believe this is why there are so many diets out there.

So now people around the world are looking for the best diet plan to catch up.Natural Hygiene is the best alternative.Is the reference point for all other diets to be measured by.

No matter what they say advertisers, it is impossible to be poisoned in health.All drugs are poison.That's why they list many harmful side effects.

Why take a chance? health is at stake.Learn everything you can about natural hygiene.

Make wise decisions based on facts, not theories.Do not make decisions based solely on what is good for you. don't let someone scared in a treatment plan.The disease is the result of living beyond our design.Returning to our disease-specific designer will simply go away.

If someone tells you that disease, usually means that were able to name a symptom or a symptom complex. symptoms do not cause themselves. repeat, do not themselves cause symptoms.!Is extremely important that you grab this fact. symptoms are only the outward evidence of a body of balance.

You have to dig much deeper than that symptoms are visible. you must remove the underlying cause. remember, only your body can heal. your body's self-healing. when removing the cause and give your body needs tools, it will heal itself. This is the only sane approach for getting well and stay healthy.

When you dig deep enough you will find that what you eat, the air you breathe, or some other thing that goes in your body is the final cause of the disease. If the diet plan that chose not to give your body the tools he needs, and minimizing the recruitment of toxins, fails you.
