Just like the Atkins Diet there seems to be a big problem with some of the foods that are recommended that you eat.This can cause problems for a lot of people.You must make sure that you have a healthy balanced diet and not as a diet that is irregular as the South Beach Diet.Will be encouraged to eat lots of food that is highly unhealthy and this will result in future issues. There are many diets that work and work great. However, it seems that the South Beach Diet has helped many people to lose weight, but it seems that people are trying to forget the old way of losing weight through the general operation of about 30 minutes per day and eat a healthy well balanced diet.
